Life is why! Join me in supporting the American Heart Association! I’m not just walking. I am also walking in memory of my cousin, Re’nada, who passed away earlier this year from complications from receiving a heart transplant last year due to Congestive Heart Failure. I’m Heart Walking. My participation in the Heart Walk promotes fun ways to be physically active and make healthier choices every day. Imagine the impact if we reduce death and disability from cardiovascular diseases and stroke by 20% by 2020. Please help me reach this lifesaving goal by donating today. Together, we can make healthier, longer lives possible for everyone. Go to my personal page http://www2.heart.org/goto/Vanessa_Snellings or see me in person. Thank you in advance for your support! Vanessa Snellings, 919-272-8654.
