Poplar Springs Christian Church may capture photographs, video recordings, and audio during worship services, ministry activities, and church-sponsored events. These materials may be used in church publications, on the church website, social media platforms, presentations, email communications, and other church-related communications. In some cases, images or recordings may also be shared with local media outlets for coverage of church events.

Poplar Springs Christian Church reserves the right to use photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken during services or church-sponsored events without the expressed written permission of those included in the media.

To protect the privacy of individuals and children, Poplar Springs Christian Church will not publish full names or personal identifying information with images without the written consent of the individual or, in the case of minors, their parent or legal guardian.
