Plan a Visit
We are so glad you’re here!
However you found us, you’re welcome exactly as you are. Poplar Springs is a place where you can encounter Jesus, find community, and discover what God has placed in you. Whether you’re taking your first steps of faith or you’ve been walking with Christ for years, there’s a place for you here.
We believe church is more than a Sunday morning; it is a community where faith is nurtured. We’d love for you to be part of it.
Join us for Sunday School at 9 a.m. or Worship Service at 10 a.m., in person or via our live broadcast. There’s also Bible study, fellowship events, and community outreach — plenty of ways to get involved at whatever pace feels right for you.
What to expect when you visit
Worship Experience
A blend of traditional and contemporary music that honors where we’ve been and where God is taking us, followed by preaching and teaching grounded in Scripture and honest enough to meet you where you are. Our atmosphere is genuine and warm, no performance required. After service, don’t rush out — some of the best conversations happen after church. Stay, connect, and get to know your church family.
What to Wear
Come as you are. There’s no dress code at Poplar Springs. Wear what makes you comfortable — during the summer especially, casual is perfectly at home here.
Kids +Families
We want the whole family to have a place to grow. Every Sunday, except the third Sunday of the month, we offer Youth Church and Preschool Ministry running alongside the main worship service. On the third Sunday, our Youth Ministry takes the lead and conducts the worship service. It’s one of our favorite Sundays of the month.
Transportation
We offer van transportation through our Safety Ministry. To secure a ride for Sunday morning, contact the church office by Thursday so we can schedule your route. Contact our church office Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 919-772-5151.
