These accomplishments can be church, school or community-related. We will celebrate our students by honoring them and their families with a banquet.

We are asking all students to complete the Student Annual Banquet Awards and Recognition Form, located on the table near the Pastor’s Office and in the Narthex. The form should be completed and returned to the Scholarship mailbox or given to any member of the Scholarship Ministry. THE DEADLINE IS SUNDAY, JUNE 12. Any forms received after the deadline, will result in students’ names being omitted from the student recognition program booklet.

Please print the form(s) to minimize errors and complete it in its entirety. A separate form must be completed for each child. The information will be read on Saturday, June 25 at the banquet.

If you are a preschool, high school/college graduate, you do not need to complete an additional form. Your graduation information has already been submitted.
