New Disciple Orientation
Orientation is an essential part of the ministry, as many new disciples come from different churches and faiths. It is crucial that we are unified under one vision - the vision of the pastor and the church.
They must learn the vision of the church, its doctrinal tenets of faith, God's plan for financing His church, organizational structure, policies, church procedures, discipleship commitment and responsibility of the church and disciples, methods of relating to the pastor other disciples as well as non- believers.
Each new disciple is required to attend 'New disciple Orientation' prior to leading any of the church ministries. This will develop the understanding and commitment of the believer in their service to the body of Christ.
The topics discussed in the seven-week period are designed to encourage the new disciple to become an enthusiastic student of the Bible, an uncompromising doer of God's Word and a successful servant in His church.
New disciples orientation classes are: Salvation 1 and 2, Baptism, Communion, Tithing, Church Administration and Moment with the Pastor.
